Talkr's first big claim to fame was its popular text-to-speech service where we automatically convert text-only blogs to podcasts. But some of our users would like - from time to time - to create podcasts using their own voices.

This is a simple tool that lets you create an mp3 easily, using your mic, and email it to others. Eventually, we'll automate the Talkr text-to-speech service to accept these audio emails and convert them to podcasts... but in the meantime, people can use this tool to send talking emails.
